While it seems like the most recent iPhone 4s just came out, this only means that the iPhone 5 is sure be coming out in the future. Of course everyone will be expecting the new iPhone to be better and quicker. It’s been stated that the phone will likely have 4G networking support. One of the most common reactions to this is the question of whether or not the battery life will be as poor as it is for the the iPhone 4S.
It turns out that great battery life isn’t guranteed even on the iPhone 5. It does however in a way depend on the battery life of the iPad 3, which is coming out in March. If the iPad has better battery life, it’s very possible that this will also be the case with the iPhone 5 as well.

My 4g District of Columbia comes in handy really often. I had no idea that you could use the internet to make dinner reservations until last week. My sister came to visit me. I was really busy at work that week and forgot to make dinner reservations. If you know anything about D.C., you know that it is impossible to get in anywhere good without having a reservation that you make at least a week or two in advance. I was really distraught and didn’t want my sister to be upset because she is such a foodie. When she got here and I broke the news, she wasn’t upset at all. It was easy to get in for two! I love it! I am never going to stress about dinner reservations again, but hopefully from now on, I will remember to make them earlier if I am having company!
The next time that phone rings while you are driving, you better think twice before picking it up, especially if you are in the New York State area. It’s been stated that more than 118,000 drivers have been ticketed since the law was signed back in July. I guess people don’t think they will really get in trouble, so they just continue to talk and drive. What these people don’t realize is how dangerous it really is to do so. Driving and holding and talking on the phone has lead to be dangerous enough to get into a fatal car accident. It just seems so simple why you shouldn’t talk and drive. You just aren’t paying full attention if your eyes are on the phone instead of the road.If you are willing to risk your life for a phone call, then you deserve to get that ticket. Why not get Bluetooth which is a little bit better? At least your hands and eyes won’t be busy holding or dialing the phone.

My husband and I are moving to North Carolina in a couple of months. He has finished part of his residency (his intern year) and will be finishing the rest of it at UNC-Chapel Hill. We will be there at the beginning of June, so I have already started looking to places to live. There are a few different places that I have looked at on-line, but I think that I have narrowed it down to an area that I want to live in. I want to be as close as possible to the main campus. I am hoping that I get into a program that I applied to there, and it would be great to be able to walk back and forth. I want to go ahead and take care of everything before we get there. I think that I am going to find a place and start the lease a month before we have to be there. I am going to leave early and meet the movers so that I can start setting up shop. My husband will only have a few days between jobs, so if I can go ahead and get Dish TV North Carolina and internet set up before he gets in town, it will make our lives a lot more enjoyable!

Today is the first official day that commercial drivers are banned from talking on their hand held phones. In my opinion, this law has come into affect way too late. It should even be news, because this should have been in affect years ago. If this was always a law, then the amount of car accidents would have been tremendously decreased. Some people just don’t realize how dangerous it is to talk or text while driving. There’s no phone call that’s important enough to risk your life as well as others on the road.
If you absolutely need to use your cell phone while on the road, there are much safer options available. Bluetooth is one of these options, which allows you to talk hands free. A lot of the newest cars make it even easier for you to drive safely by having the button on the steering wheel, which enables you to pick up and hang up the phone. This can all be done without even taking your eyes off the road, where you’re eyes belong all the time. Even a textaholic can be safe on the road, with the new Iphone 3S.
I still don’t think this would be a safe option if you are texting a long message, but I would settle for using it to send a quick one. You can simply say “I will be there in five minutes”, and the text will be sent to whoever you want. Once again I can’t say I totally agree with using a phone at all while driving, but I can’t say I’m never tempted to do it. With modern technology, drivers can at least talk and text the safest way possible.

My mom was searching for new dishes that match the set her grandmother gave her. We went to every local store and even traveled to some stores farther away to search for these dishes. We could not find anything even similar to them. She was going to give up, but I suggested we start to look online for them. She told me she had been searching for those plates since her grandmother passed away.
